STYLE GUIDELINES

TASTING NOTES

Hazy pale straw, like pineapple juice; white head with excellent retention. The nose unleashed prominent aromas of fresh lemon zest, pineapple, mango, and resin, alongside a subtle bready character. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, and smooth. On the palate, Stamp of Approval yielded strong flavors of lemon peel, mango, with light impressions of oats and resin. Malt backbone was moderately low and bready. The dryness of this beer was emphasized by the very low residual sweetness and the medium level of bitterness. Lemon zest, resin, and tea-like bitterness characterized the aftertaste.

THE VERDICT

Stamp of Approval is a very aromatic and flavorful New England IPA that showcased assertive citrus and tropical fruit qualities. This beer definitely is a juicy one with dryness and moderate bitterness accentuating its drinkability further. Zagovor’s beer definitely gets our stamp of approval. Excellent.
