TASTING NOTES
Oops… I DDH’D It (Again) pours a very cloudy yellow-orange beer. The nose has a layered profile of orange juice, lemon bar, cream puff, passion fruit, guava, and some hints of alcohol. Meanwhile, the palate is composed of a similar profile of oranges, marmalade, and whisky. Flavors of brine, spice, and passion fruit follow as the beer warms. All of these flavors manifest as a medium-light bodied beer with a dry and puckery mouthfeel. Finally, this beer has a lingering finish of marmalades, peppers, and tea.
THE VERDICT
Overall, Oops I DDH’D IT (Again) offers a plethora of flavors on the nose and the palate, worthy of being labeled a hazy imperial beer. It seems all the effort and hops used to make this beer were worth it!
