TASTING NOTES

We are fortunate enough to have a can of A New Level of Science and Flower,  hailed as Equilibrium’s hoppiest in their range. This Double IPA flows flawlessly hazy yellow-orange into the glass. It was a sight to behold. This Imperial IPA unleashes aromas akin to graham crackers, apple juice, and aged marmalade. On the palate, it is extra juicy, with overripe oranges shining bright. Furthermore, A New Level of Science and Flower comes medium-bodied, with more notes of aged tea leaves and tobacco at the back end.

THE VERDICT

Overall, A New Level of Science and Flower is essentially orange juice at 8.5% ABV. With this high caliber of a brew, we now know why Equilibrium is one of the sought-after breweries in this haze craze era.
