TASTING NOTES

Procured fresh from Fifth Hammer’s taproom in Long Island City, Time Juggler echoes vibrancy in the glass with its hazy moon-yellow color and an aroma profile akin to freshly-sliced pineapples. The palate makes up for the straightforward aroma with pronounced pineapple, mangosteen, and grapefruit notes. Light peppery and hop bitterness add more complexity in the mix. Time Juggler is a medium-bodied beer that comes with a wee bit of hop burn. Once swallowed, this Hazy IPA returns a very dry finish characterized by a tandem of pine and vegetal bitterness.

THE VERDICT

Overall, Fifth Hammer’s Time Juggler is a refreshing treat for drinkers that seek beers of bright tropical flavors with low hop bitterness. Despite the palatable profile, do not forget that Time Juggler has 7.5% ABV and can pack a punch.
